Shipping Policy

At Cookie Jungle, we take pride in delivering our freshly baked cookies with the same love and care that goes into making them. To ensure your treats reach you safe and sound, we work only with trusted and reputed national courier partners like Fedex, Delhivery & Bluedart.

Order Processing & Shipping

• All cookies are baked fresh on order.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation.

• Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 5–7 days, depending on your delivery location.

Shipping Charges

• We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100 on every order, irrespective of order value or location.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery

• As every batch is made to order, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email (and/or SMS, if opted) with the tracking details.

• You can track your package directly through our courier partner’s website.

Delivery Locations

• At the moment, we deliver only within India.

• International shipping is not available yet.
